Cancellations

Each of our beauty and wellness professionals handle cancellations independently. Please be sure to check with your service providers on their policies if you need to reschedule or cancel an existing appointment.

Children

​

Please be considerate of guests receiving quiet,  spa and wellness services. Children are welcome within the salon if they are receiving a service. Due to chemicals, hot tools and sharp instruments, we do ask that children are supervised throughout their visit and are not left unattended.

Returns

​

The Collective with gladly refund any unused product within 30 days of purchase. Within the same timeframe, we will also exchange products suggested by your stylist that you are unsatisfied with, within reason. This is at the discrepancy of your stylist.
